These outfits are a mixture of mine and Toi's concepts.

I made their outfits more on the dark side so that they can blend in better and not be seen and/or put in danger. (Since they are fighting shadow creatures)

Finn enchanted the bells on their scarves with the magic her mother taught her with her violin. The sound of the bells ringing can only be heard by those who want/need to hear it. They are there so Buni and Finn can find each other if they get lost.

The jewels have an anti-evil spell on them to repel the shadow creatures.
